Expansion screw is a special threaded connection used to fix air duct support, hanger and bracket on the wall, floor and column. When using, you must first use an impact drill (hammer) to drill holes of the corresponding size on the fixed body, then put the bolts and expansion tubes into the holes, and tighten the nuts to expand the bolts, expansion tubes, installation parts and the fixed body. tightly into one.
The fixation principle of the expansion screw The fixation of the expansion screw is to use the slanted slope to promote the expansion to generate frictional gripping force to achieve the fixing effect. 2. Select an alloy drill bit with the same diameter as the expansion screw expansion ring (tube), install it on the electric drill, and then drill the wall. The depth of the hole is preferably the same as the length of the bolt, and then put the expansion screw kit together into the hole. , Remember; do not unscrew the screw cap, to prevent the bolt from falling into the hole when the hole is drilled deeper, and it is not easy to take it out.
3. After tightening the screw cap by 2-3 buttons, feel that the expansion bolt is relatively tight and not loose, then unscrew the screw cap, and then align the fixing piece with the hole on the fixed item to the bolt and install the outer pad. A plate or a spring washer can be used to tighten the screw cap.
4. As shown in the picture, punch 10MM holes for 6MM; punch 12MM holes for 8MM, and punch wall holes according to the outer diameter of the expansion tube. If the brick wall is soft, choose a smaller drill bit. The expansion pipe part should all enter the wall, as long as the threaded part is long enough, the deeper the casing part is, the stronger it is.
