There are three ways to fix the screws on the gypsum board: one is to firmly connect the wooden keel and the gypsum board, and then nail the screws, which is cumbersome and not very load-bearing. The second is to find the position of the vertical board or horizontal board of the wardrobe inside the gypsum board, first use a small drill to drill holes on it, and then fix it with screws. The third is to use self-tapping screws to fix. The distance between the surrounding screws should not be greater than 100mm, and the distance between them should be 15cm. Self-tapping screws are the best way to screw plasterboard.
How to use self-tapping screws to seal gypsum board
1. If you use light steel keel for the ceiling, you will use self-tapping screws to fix the gypsum board, because the light steel keel does not have the power to hold nails, and nails with a nail gun will not work. However, it is always inevitable to have wooden keels in the suspended ceiling, because wooden keels are used to make complex shapes. At this time, the nail gun will be used to nail the plasterboard - the nail gun works fast.
2. Use self-tapping screws to fix the gypsum board. The screw heads should be embedded in the gypsum board surface, but the paper surface should not be damaged. If the self-tapping screw is screwed too lightly, the nail head will protrude from the gypsum board surface, and bumps may appear in the later wall painting; if the screw is screwed too much, the surrounding of the self-tapping screw hole will become crisp, and the lifting effect of the screw on the gypsum board will be reduced. there is none left.
3. Use heaven and earth keel up and down, and the sky and earth keel can be fixed with expansion screws. If it is an ordinary brick wall or concrete special wall, you can directly fix it with steel nails with a steel nail gun. The vertical keel is opened at 30 cm or 40 cm. The joint of the vertical keel is fixed with Latin pull rivets, the vertical keel is fixed with a through keel and the joint of the vertical keel is fixed with a butterfly card, so that the whole skeleton is very firm.
